Community Art & Mental Health Projects

I am passionate about working with galleries, community spaces, and organizations to develop projects that use art as a tool for connection, well-being, and storytelling. If you're looking for a facilitator or collaborator for a community-based creative initiative, I'd love to hear from you.

Art Therapy & Creative Facilitation

I offer art therapy sessions for individuals and small groups, both online and in person (depending on availability). My approach is flexible and tailored to the needs of each participant, whether it’s about self-exploration, emotional processing, or simply reconnecting with creativity.

Workshops & Collaborations

I design and lead workshops that combine creative expression with emotional well-being. I am available to run tailored workshops for mental health spaces, disability groups, and community settings, as well as collaborate on artistic projects.

Get in Touch

I am currently open to collaborations, project-based work, and individual sessions. If you’re interested in working together, please reach out via the contact page.
